PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission makes recommendations to plan and guide growth so that development occurs in a manner as prescribed by the Township Comprehensive Land Use Plan. In addition, the Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on all subdivision and land development plans, conditional use applications and rezoning requests.
