Highway - 717-697-6861

The Highway Department is responsible for maintaining a variety of Township infrastructure which include:

• Road reconstruction
• Repair and plowing of 74 miles of Township roads
• Road paving and guide rail replacement
• Bridge replacement and repairs    
• Sinkhole repairs
• Brush and leaf pick-up     
• Responsible for the brush and leaf recycling program which includes: pick-up, brush grinding and composting
• Responds to vehicle accident cleanup and flooding emergencies.
