Metro Bank - Conditional Use No. CU2011-3
NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Township Supervisors in and for Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as follows: (1) said Board has received an Application for Conditional Use No. CU2011-3 pursuant to Section 704 of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance from Metro Bank concerning a tract of land situated in Silver Spring Township located at 6444 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, directly in front of Kohls; (2) the Application seeks conditional use approval to use said land for the maximum permitted lot coverage of 80% in the Highway Commercial Zone, C-3 zoning district under Section 317 of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance; (3) that said Board of Township Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on said Application on Wednesday, February 22, at 6:30 oclock, pm, prevailing time, at the Silver Spring Township Municipal Building located at 8 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; and (4) the Application for Conditional Use may be examined at the Municipal Building aforesaid during regular business hours. NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Township Supervisors in and for Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as follows: (1) said Board has received an Application for Conditional Use No. CU2011-2 pursuant to Section 704 of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance from Metro Bank concerning a tract of land situated in Silver Spring Township located at 6444 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, directly in front of Kohls; (2) the Application seeks conditional use approval to use said land for a shopping center in the Highway Commercial Zone, C-3 zoning district under Section 436 Shopping Centers and Malls of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance; (3) that said Board of Township Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on said Application on Wednesday, February 22, at 6:30 oclock, pm, prevailing time, at the Silver Spring Township Municipal Building located at 8 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; and (4) the Application for Conditional Use may be examined at the Municipal Building aforesaid during regular business hours. CarMax Auto Super Stores, Inc. Conditional Use No. CU2011-5 (Continue to 2/8/12 meeting)
NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Township Supervisors in and for Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as follows: (1) said Board has received an Application for Conditional Use No. CU2011-5 pursuant to Section 704 of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance from CarMax Auto Super Stores, Inc., c/o Jake Hertz concerning a tract of land situated in Silver Spring Township containing approximately 6 acres of land located at the southeast corner of the Carlisle Pike and Hogestown Road; (2) the Application seeks conditional use approval to use said land for Auto sales and requests an expansion of the maximum impervious lot coverage from 60% to 80% in the Highway Commercial (C-3) zoning district under Section 317 Architectural Design Standards of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance; (3) that said Board of Township Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on said Application on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, at 6:30 oclock, pm, prevailing time, at the Silver Spring Township Municipal Building located at 8 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; and (4) the Application for Conditional Use may be examined at the Municipal Building aforesaid during regular business hours.
