PUBLIC NOTICE

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Silver Spring Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 6:00 pm at the Township Municipal Building, 8 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pa. 17050 to conduct a public hearing on and consider the following application.

 

Special Exception 2013-1  Denise K. Fegan & Charles W. DeMarco, 30 Timber Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Applicant is requesting a special exception to Section 404 to permit a Bed and Breakfast at this location (Agricultural) and Section 337 for Noncommercial keeping of Livestock (Horses). 

 

The above applications have been submitted pursuant to Section 604 of the Silver Spring Township Zoning Ordinance. All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Silver Spring Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 6:00 pm at the Township Municipal Building, 8 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pa. 17050 to conduct a public hearing on and consider the following applications.

 

Variance 2013-3  Nathan Abbey, 6950 Wertzville Road, Enola, PA 17025. Applicant is requesting a variance to Section 202.6 Design Requirements to allow for a proposed 24 x 32 foot garage, and installing a 21 foot above ground swimming pool that exceeds the impervious coverage allowable in their zone (Rural Residential).

 

Variance 2013-4  Roy Hofecker, 4 Lee Anne Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Applicant is requesting a variance to Section 201.6 Design Standards, allowing for a proposed 2-car garage to have the same setbacks as his current home.
