Trips to Various Destinations

The Parks and Recreation Department hosts bus trips to various destinations each month throughout the year. If you'd like to suggest a trip, please email the department.

 REMAINING TRIPS for 2010...

September 15       "Wicked" on Broadway in NYC                         $125/person

Depart Silver Spring Commons at 7:00 am. Arrive in Time Square by 10:30 am. Enjoy time on your own until the show at 2:00 pm. "Wicked"  will be at the Gershwin Theater.  Seats are located in the Orchestra section. A small gift, macy's coupons and NYC map is also included. Depart for home at 5:00 pm.

November 13       Radio City Music Hall in NYC                             $122/person

Depart Silver Spring Commons at 7:00 am. Arrive around 10:30 am in New York City. Enjoy time on your own until the show. The Radio Music Hall will present the "Christmas Spectacular and the Rockettes!" Seats will be located in the Ochestra or Front Mezzanine. Show time and cost to be announced!  Depart for home at 6:00 pm.

December 11       Day at Your Leisure in NYC                                $55/person

Depart Silver Spring Commons at 7:00 am. Arrive in New York City, Time Square by 10:30 am. Enjoy the day at your leisure. NYC has an unbelievable array of shops, museums, restaurants, leisure activities, extraordiary seasonal window displays and many Broadway Shows. Depart for home at 7:00 pm.
