Land Development activities in the Township are regulated by the Zoning Ordinance as well as the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. The Zoning Officer is responsible for the interception of the Zoning Ordinance. In addition, the Stormwater Management Ordinance regulates earth moving activities in the Township.
